At Baseball & Softball, we want to ensure you have the right gear to perform your best on the diamond. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unused equipment in its original packaging within 30 days.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items, including all original tags and protective wrapping, into a secure shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the equipment to ensure it meets our return standards, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
