How do I choose the correct bat size for my league?
Bat requirements vary by age and league (USA, USSSA, or BBCOR). We recommend checking your league's official rulebook or using our online 'Bat Sizing Guide' to find the perfect length and weight drop.
What is your return policy on baseball gloves?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all gloves. Please note that gloves must be in their original, unused condition. We cannot accept returns on gloves that have been oiled, steamed, or 'broken in'.
How long does shipping take for customized team uniforms?
Customized team orders typically require 2-3 weeks for production plus shipping time. Standard equipment orders usually ship within 1-2 business days.
Do you offer a warranty on composite bats?
Most manufacturers provide a one-year limited warranty on composite bats. If your bat cracks or dents under normal use, please contact us and we will assist you with the manufacturer's claim process.
Are your softballs sold individually or by the dozen?
We offer both options. You can purchase individual balls for practice or save by purchasing full cases (12 balls) for team use and official games.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
Yes, once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status in real-time.
